These terms govern your use of SimplyTrack, a free Chrome browser extension developed by wearempa. By installing or using SimplyTrack, you agree to these terms.

The Service

SimplyTrack is a free browser extension that helps you track subscription payments. You manually enter your subscription information, and the extension stores it locally in your browser. SimplyTrack is provided as-is, free of charge, with no premium tier or paid features.

Your Data

All data you enter into SimplyTrack is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost. You are responsible for backing up your data using the Export feature if you wish to preserve it.

No Account

SimplyTrack does not require or create any user account. There is no registration, no login, and no password. Your use of the extension is completely anonymous to us.

Acceptable Use

SimplyTrack is designed for personal subscription tracking. You agree not to:

  • —Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension for malicious purposes
  • —Use the extension to store or distribute illegal content
  • —Misrepresent SimplyTrack or wearempa in any public communication

Intellectual Property

SimplyTrack, its design, code, and branding are the property of wearempa. The service logos displayed within the extension (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SimplyTrack is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. Subscription data you enter is self-reported — SimplyTrack does not verify prices, renewal dates, or service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wearempa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SimplyTrack. Since SimplyTrack is free and stores no data externally, the total liability of wearempa in any case shall not exceed €0, as no payment has been made.

Termination

You can stop using SimplyTrack at any time by uninstalling the extension. All locally stored data will be automatically removed. We reserve the right to discontinue SimplyTrack at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the extension listing on the Chrome Web Store.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at simplytrack.pro/terms with the effective date noted. Continued use of SimplyTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia.
